Roll-out of Open Mind Management
Following a tight schedule, middle management and employees are trained in the OMM© language, tools and methodologies: language hygiene, learning to listen, an effective meeting structure, decoding their own behavior and that of colleagues. Individual development points are defined and translated into a personal working plan. Escaping into the hierarchy is no longer possible. MANS also trains people to hold each other accountable for behavior.
The roll-out of OMM© is fully coordinated with, and where possible integrated in, existing and desired organizational development processes. MANS has more than 25 years of experience in facilitating processes of this kind.
Training of the entire organization within a short timeframe is crucial. Because only then, and by using the same language to hold each other accountable for behavior, is it possible for the dynamics of OMM© to become embedded in the organization.
