OMM© Experience
OMM© Experience sessions allow top management to become familiar with a behavioral language that enables them to make the organization accountable for its behavior. Top management decode their own leadership style, become familiar with Mindstretching, step out of their own comfort zone, become aware of subconscious psychological processes and gain an understanding of their own psychological maturity, as well as that of the team and the organization. Top management experience the tremendous extent to which the psychological environment of the organization influences the working processes. Is this the desired psychological environment in which to achieve the organizational vision?
MANS facilitates the MT in defining the desired behavior, and together with them prepares a working plan to achieve and embed this behavioral change in the organization. The OMM© Experience sessions relate the behavioral scan directly to the ‘hard’ aspects of the organization, and in combination with an organizational scan provide an understanding of the extent to which the organization is in balance.
