Behavior follows content
The first step is to clearly define the final goal, and then to align the processes required to achieve it, so that both management and employees know what is expected of them. This principle is an absolute prerequisite for applying OMM©. Then, based on the defined goal and processes, the required behavior is described. Anyone who is unable to make this link might as well find something else to occupy their time. That’s fine with us, as long as they do it outside working hours. Working on behavior in organizations must be based on the reference framework of vision – goals – key tasks – roles in processes.
