No escape
Escape routes lose their appeal entirely for managers and employees in an OMM© development process. This is because the fusion of behavioral and process management brought about by OMM© ensures that new behavior really becomes embedded in the organization – in functioning and appraisal cycles, by auditing of behavior, by monitoring of customers’ and employees’ experiences, and by unique maintenance systems for managers and employees. This means OMM© is an approach that you can’t just do as an incidental activity. You have to go for it totally, otherwise it’s probably better to take a ‘fun’ training course somewhere else. But we are absolutely convinced of our approach: when it’s time for real behavioral development in your organization, there’s no substitute for OMM©.
