Intervision
Does your organization need internal intervision meetings? In-company intervision meetings allow you to guide the development of your managers and employees in the desired direction. We organize and facilitate intervision meetings in which participants use each other as a sounding board and get feedback on their own everyday actions. The focus in these meetings is on searching for solutions with the help of the intervision group.
