Working approach
We will be glad to transfer our knowledge to you: you can use an EFQM Quality Award assessor from MANS for pre-audits and to support you in gaining an (improvement) certificate, an award or even a quality prize. As well as informative workshops and training courses on the EFQM model, we also train staff in the use of self-assessments and audits.
