Process- and chain analysis

MANS audits of your management system provide the answers to questions such as:

  • How is the present management system used, evaluated and perceived?
  • Which functionalities of the management system are important?
  • How can the present management system be made more attractive for those who use it?
  • To what extent does the present management structure meet requirements?
  • To what extent are interfaces included in process changes?
  • Do the selected structure (machine and procedure) and culture (people) match? Is improvement needed?
  • Do the interactions between ‘processes’ need to be improved? How?
  • How is the allocation of roles between staff and line perceived?
  • What support are staff expected to provide?
  • For which areas does the line itself want to take responsibility?

These questions are answered by means of interviews, investigation of process descriptions, documentation and workshops. Our audits provide information at a generic level, as well as at specific process level including the interfaces between these processes.

The questions to be answered are of both a process-oriented and cultural nature (behavior). Process audits are therefore carried out and reported by a consultant with a business background and a consultant with a behavioral background.
