Quality assurance
Quality policy and objectives are an integrated part of our management approach. We understand quality to mean meeting the expectations and needs of our clients. A customer-focused working approach is therefore our first priority. After the completion of every activity we carry out an evaluation, and the results are discussed with the responsible person on a monthly basis. The quality of our services is assessed every two years by an independent external organization: CEDEO. The most recent assessment was carried out in the first quarter of 2007, and our trainers scored 100% good to very good.
We make sure that knowledge is embedded in the organization by means of intensive familiarization programs, coaching and training. Training programs followed by staff are intended to result in improvement of personal, specialist and/or organizational quality, as well as to renewal and improvement of the product offering. All logistics procedures are laid down in automated systems and where necessary supported by instructions, checklists and descriptions. The quality and continuity of the systems is assured by Service Level Agreements with suppliers.
Quality assurance for training programs
The training programs are evaluated by MANS with direct feedback to the client If an evaluation shows that changes are necessary or desirable, these are carried out in consultation with the client.
An evaluation is carried out by the participants and the trainer(s) after every training program, both verbally and in writing. The aspects on which the program is to be evaluated are determined in consultation with the client.
Interim evaluations are also possible. Aspects covered by these evaluations can include:
- The content of the courses
- Experiences of participants
- Experiences of the trainers/course leaders
- Logistics aspects
